Precision Cups Pvt. Ltd. is committed to maintain the highest ethical standards in all its activities. To achieve this PCPL encourages freedom of speech. It also encourages staff to use internal mechanism for reporting any malfunctions or illegal acts by any of its employees.
Anti Bribery Policy:
Precision Cups Pvt. Ltd. conducts business in an honest and ethical manner and committed to act professionally, fairly with integrity in all its business dealings and relationships with a zero tolerance approach to bribery, corruption and giving and receiving of bribes.
Sexual Harassment Policy:
PCPL is dedicated to ensuring equal opportunities for its employees and fostering a safe work environment free from prejudice, gender bias, and sexual harassment. The aim of the policy is to ensure that sexual harassment does not occur and where it does occur, adequate requisite action shall be taken to deal with the problem.

- Maintaining a cleaner production, by implementing processes and facilities which will minimize pollution, process waste and reduce energy and resource consumption.

- Communicating to ensure prompt and effective response to real or potential emergencies.
